A Note Before We Begin

We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't unfold the way you hoped — and we want you to feel safe in your decision to order. This page exists to make sure you have everything you need, before and after your box arrives. We are grateful you are here.

Order Processing

Every Direction Keepsake Box is hand-assembled and carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. Because of the personal care taken in preparation, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping

All orders ship from Atlanta, GA via UPS or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery speed.

Free Standard Shipping is included with every individual order and arrives within 5–7 business days from ship date.

For time-sensitive orders, additional options are available at checkout:

• Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days from ship date — $95.00

• Overnight Shipping — next business day from ship date — $150.00

Delivery windows begin from the ship date, not the order date. If you need your box by a specific date, we recommend ordering at least 4 business days in advance and selecting your preferred shipping speed at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Church Edition fulfillment is coordinated separately and is not processed through this page.

After Delivery — Please Retrieve Your Box Promptly

Your Direction Keepsake Box is a premium, hand-assembled experience. Once your tracking confirms delivery, please retrieve your box promptly. We are not responsible for damage, theft, or weather exposure that occurs after a confirmed delivery. If you are unable to receive your package at the time of delivery, we recommend requiring a signature at checkout or shipping to a secure location

Returns

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. That is why we offer a 7-day return window — because we believe that if something isn't right, it should be made right.

When your Direction Keepsake Experience arrives, you will find a personal welcome letter and two bars of Polaris Press chocolate waiting for you at the top — those are yours, with our love, regardless of what you decide.

Beneath the tissue paper, your volumes are individually sealed. The Direction Keepsake Box arrives tied and ready for its moment.

To be eligible for a return, both must remain exactly as they arrived — tissue paper undisturbed, volumes in their original sealed mylar packaging, and the Keepsake Box bow and seal intact. Once either has been opened or disturbed, all sales are final.

To initiate a return: Submit a return request within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date using our support form at [support form link]. Once your return is approved and your package is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment minus the original shipping cost.

Damaged Orders

If your box arrives damaged, please do not discard any packaging. Photograph the damage and submit a support request within 48 hours of delivery at [support form link] or by emailing: support@polarispress.org. We will assess the situation and make it right — which may include replacing damaged items or issuing a partial credit at our discretion.
