About Direction

Direction is a Scripture-centered formation Journey created to restore reverence, attentiveness, and depth in daily faith.

It was shaped over time—through listening, waiting, and lived experience—and is offered as an invitation rather than an instruction.

Direction exists to help believers slow down, quiet the noise, and encounter God with intention, patience, and care.

About the Author

Wylette Tillman is a follower of Christ whose faith has been shaped through seasons of obedience and disobedience, certainty and surrender, clarity and waiting.

Like many, she learned early what to believe—but over time, life revealed the deeper work of learning how to remain present with God through uncertainty, discomfort, and unanswered questions. Through trial, refinement, and grace, she has grown more attentive to the ways God orders steps when space is made to listen.

This body of work emerged not from perfection, but from persistence. From choosing—again and again—to say yes to God’s leading, even when the path was unclear or uncomfortable. Over time, faith became less about striving and more about surrender. Less about urgency and more about trust.

Direction is an expression of that journey. It reflects what becomes possible when faith is allowed to grow slowly, intentionally, and beneath the surface—where roots are formed long before fruit appears.

Wylette does not offer Direction as an expert with answers, but as a fellow traveler who has learned the value of reverence, patience, and daily attentiveness to God’s presence.

Direction is offered in humility and hope—for those who sense the need to slow down, listen more deeply, and allow God to shape faith over time.
